Pay: National Minimum Wage/National Living Wage, dependent on age.

Location: Education in Bradford, United Kingdom, 60 Oakroyd Terrace, Bradford BD8 7AH

Hours: Part-time

Shifts available: Friday 4.30 - 7.30 - Saturday & Sunday 8.30 - 12.30.

We're looking for enthusiastic, energetic and friendly people to join our coaching team at Bradford.

Whether you're an experienced Gymnastics Coach, Sports Coach or someone who loves sport and wants to try something new, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

No previous coaching experience or qualifications? No problem!

All successful applicants receive a full, bespoke training programme designed to give them the skills, knowledge and confidence to deliver our Gymfinity Kids gymnastics and ninja programmes.

You'll be helping children build confidence, learn new skills and enjoy being active, all while developing your own coaching skills as part of a supportive team.

What you'll be doing

As a Gymfinity Kids Coach, you'll play an important role in creating a fun, safe and positive experience for every child attending our classes.

• Deliver exciting sessions: Lead fun, engaging gymnastics, ninja and children's sports activities using our coaching programmes.
• Help children achieve: Support children of different ages and abilities to develop confidence, coordination and new skills.
• Create a positive environment: Encourage children, celebrate their progress and make every session enjoyable.
• Work as part of a team: Support fellow coaches and contribute to a welcoming, friendly atmosphere.
• Build great relationships: Communicate positively with children, parents and families.
• Keep everyone safe: Follow safeguarding, health and safety procedures and coaching standards.
• Keep learning: Take part in our bespoke coaching training, develop your skills and contribute ideas to improve our classes.

What we're looking for

You don't need previous coaching experience or qualifications to join us. We're looking for people with the right attitude, enthusiasm and willingness to learn.

Essential:

• A genuine interest in sport, physical activity and working with children.
• A positive, enthusiastic and encouraging attitude.
• Confidence communicating with children and adults.
• Reliability, teamwork and a willingness to learn.
• A commitment to safeguarding and creating a safe environment for children.
• Availability to work the advertised shifts.

Desirable, but not essential:

• Previous experience in gymnastics, parkour, ninja or sports coaching.
• Experience working with children, such as in schools, nurseries, holiday camps or children's activity clubs.
• A gymnastics, sports coaching or related qualification.
• Experience as a Teaching Assistant, PE Assistant, Activity Leader or Sports Instructor.
